Our Products
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Placing an Order
To place an order, browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel your order. You are obligated to pay for your order at the time of purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered, so prices are final. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. To cancel, please notify us in writing or via email. For full details, including how to return items, see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a comprehensive returns and refund policy. For full details, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to reject them within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may also be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction. For full details, see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Other liabilities are limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us primarily via email. For full details, see our Complaint Handling Procedure. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may wish to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. You can find a certified ADR provider at tradingstandards.uk.
