Where We Deliver
At Ardeynor, we currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not deliver to BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please be aware that orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is charged at £3.99, but it is free for orders over £50. Express delivery is available at £7.99. All charges are in GBP (£).
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card and hold the item at your local sorting office for collection. Should a parcel be returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at mrbenstephen882@outlook.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. For more details, please see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
